How It Works
Where would I be staying?
You would be staying in anything from a one bedroom apartment to a four bedroom house, depending on your requirements. Our home rentals are centrally located in the popular areas of Belgravia SW1, Knightsbridge SW3, South Kensington SW7, Chelsea SW3, and Kensington W8. Most of our short term rental properties are owners' own homes with all the warmth, detail and amenities of a real home and without the confinements of a hotel or the lack of personality of commercial apartments. They are all close to the "tube", shops and local entertainment.
Prices include gas, electricity, linens and taxes. Telephones are metered separately. Damage deposits are held against breakages etc. and are refunded approximately four weeks after the end of each stay.
What other "extra" services do you provide?
Tranfers to and from airports. Private car and sight seeing tours. Interim Cleaning (this may be included in your rental depending on the property). Baby sitting and baby equipment hire.
What do I do next?
Let us know the dates of your trip, how many people are in your party, how many bedrooms you will need and if anybody is under 12 years old. You may find it easier to fill in the enquiry form provided. We will respond immediately, to let you know if the holiday let you selected is available or to suggest alternatives for those dates. We have new self catering properties coming on to our books all the time so not all of them will be included in the list shown here.
How do I book?
Easy... Email or telephone us and once we have confirmed your choice we will email you an invoice and booking form. Payments can be made by credit card, telegraphic transfer or USD to our U.S. account.
How do I pay?
50% of the rental amount is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking a property, the balance due 60 days before arrival. If arriving within the 60 day period, full payment is required. You will receive an invoice, booking form and payment details which should be completed and returned by return to secure the property for your stay. The damage deposit amount varies according to the size of the property and the length of your stay.
What happens when I arrive?
One of our representatives will meet you between the hours of 8am - 4.30pm (weekdays) and 9am - 4.30pm (weekends), show you around and hand you the keys of your vacation rental. Outside of these hours our car transfer service is required so that the drivers can provide you with a key. Entry time is from 12 noon. Properties may be available earlier by special request.
One of our representatives will meet you at the holiday rental and collect the keys. Check out time is 10.30am. Extensions on this time maybe available by special request only. If the later departure time is available this may incur a small charge.

We only have a small selection of short let properties available for less than 7 day stay. Please get in touch to find out more.
