PRIVATE GARDEN

The patio area with table and chairs gives you an ideal space to enjoy al fresco breakfasts, light lunches in the sun, and relaxing drinks in the evening. Beyond, there's a long grassy area, a great space for children to play as it's enclosed by fencing.

SECOND LOUNGE

It's hard to imagine a more cosy and characterful space than this. The walls are alive with art prints, the shelves are brimming with books and ornaments (and a flat screen TV). Plus there's a modern fireplace, a writing desk and chair in one corner and a window seat, armchair and a sofa offering up difference places to sit and relax. Which will be your favourite?

3 BEDROOMS

The master bedroom on the top floor of the house features a comfy superking size bed and an ensuite bathroom with WC and wash basin. You get a great view of the garden from up here with a Juliet balcony. There's another bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed with a trundle, ideal for 2 children to share. Between them, the 3 bedrooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers that ensure that's space for everyone in your group to unpack their clothes, store their bags out of sight and really make themselves at home.

2.5 BATHROOMS

Whoever stays in the master bedroom gets an ensuite bathroom with shower. But there's a just-as-luxurious family bathroom with a tub and shower for the rest of the guests to use. And a cloakroom with WC and sink. Between them, this many bathrooms should help ensure no one has to wait long to get ready to go out and enjoy London. And, as for the wallpaper in the cloakroom - you're unlikely to have seen anything so wild and wonderful.

THE LOCAL AREA

The house is located south of the King's Road and just a short distance from the north bank of the River Thames. They are two of London's most enduring attractions, with the former offering a range of classy boutiques and eateries for you to explore.

SOUTH PARK

This green and pleasant space is practically on your doorstep, and features tennis and basketball courts, a great place for children to burn off some energy any time of year!

HURLINGHAM PARK

Another even larger green space is just a short walk from the house. This one hosts plenty of local rugby and football games. There's also room for a long walk or jog.

GETTING AROUND

The local area is well served by buses which can take you to the King's Road and around London, including down to the River Thames where you can hop off and enjoy a riverside walk. You can always order Ubers to get you to where you need to go in London.

Or you can use one of the 3 stations that are all about the same distance from the house.  Putney Bridge and Parson's Green are both London Underground stations that will connect you to all kinds of places in London. And a short distance east from the house is Imperial Wharf, a station that's on the London Overground network. This will connect you with trendy Clapham, the exhibition centre at Kensington Olympia, offices in Canary Wharf and places further afield including Hampstead, Islington and Stratford.
