Earl's Court 5 MINUTES WALK
This is a holiday house of contrasts as one moment you can be enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the elegant private garden and then within about 25 steps you are right on the busy bustling Earls Court road with a huge variety of bars, eating places and shops.
The local area used to be rural with green fields and market gardens but in more recent times it was known as Kangaroo valley because of the vast number of Australians who called this part of London home.
The living area on the ground floor of the vacation house is spacious and after a busy day sightseeing it is very relaxing to sit in front of the large flat screen tv and enjoy some good English programmes. A short distance away too are the Natural History Museum, the Royal Albert Hall and High Street Kensington. Just a short stroll from this wonderful house is Earls Court Tube station and from there the whole of London is awaiting your exploration.
If you happen to be strolling along the Old Brompton Road then you will possibly pass by Coleherne Court where the former Princess of Wales Diana shared a flat with 2 flat mates before she married Prince Charles. Benjamin Britten the famous composer and the film director Alfred Hitchcock were also local residents.
