• Luxury Chelsea apartment in popular location
• Large private roof terrace with BBQ and seating
• 2 bathrooms, including 1 ensuite
• Living room, dining and kitchen area
• Quality wooden flooring and high quality furnishings throughout
Let's start at the top of this magnificent 5th floor multi-level apartment with what's no doubt the biggest highlight - the large and luxurious roof terrace. It gives you a stunning outdoor space in which you can unwind and spend lazy days and relaxing evenings soaking up the joys of city living while taking in the views of the rooftops of West London. This really is a great spot for entertaining and eating - with a BBQ along with a table and chairs here to help you enjoy memorable meals and moments in the sun and under the stars.
When it's time to move inside, head down the stairs, and to your left along the wooden floored hallway is where you'll find the family bathroom, beautifully tiled from floor to ceiling and featuring a tub, shower, WC, wash basin and bidet, for the ultimate in luxury when you're preparing to go out for the day or evening.
Further along the hall you'll come to two of the three bedrooms, both accessed by the same door, with a sliding dividing wall between them. Each features a kingsize bed, TV, plus integrated wardrobe space for your clothes and other belongings. One of the rooms also has an ensuite shower room which is fully tiled and features quality towels for all guests to use.
Walk back along the hall and head up a few more stairs to reach your living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is a modern space which benefits from having a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. A quick look around will reveal that all those everyday essentials you need for making snacks, meals, and drinks are here. Discover cookware aplenty in the cabinets, plus an oven, hob (stovetop), fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker among the other amenities (please see the full list below).
Adjacent to the kitchen is the living and dining area, so you won't have far to carry those plates laden with deliciousness once your food is ready. Sit together and enjoy your meals, and afterwards, move to the sitting area where you have a choice of comfortable seating next to a decorative fireplace and with a wall-mounted smart television for you to watch.
One space remaining to describe is the third bedroom which is on the lower level of the apartment. It features a double bed with wall-mounted TV and an integrated wardrobe. Whichever of the apartment's 3 beds you get to sleep in, you can expect to lie back on quality bedding and a comfortable mattress.
This outstanding apartment is located on the 5th floor of a prestige development in Chelsea. There's a lift in the building which can take you as far as the 3rd floor, with a staircase taking you the rest of the way up.
