The first floor

A double bedroom is immediately to the left as you enter the apartment, with storage drawers beneath the bed and a comfy armchair facing the window. On the far side of the bed, mirrored wardrobes provide even more space for your clothing and bags.

As with every room in the property, the living room is a beautifully presented space, with two white sofas facing each other across a coffee table beside the room's large window. A quality four-seater dining table sits next to these sofas, the ideal space to sit and work, play games and, of course, enjoy any snacks and meals you prepare in the kitchen.

The kitchen is located right next to the dining table and below the mezzanine. It's galley style and home to some plush cabinets and high-end appliances, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooker and stovetop. A small window at the far end of the kitchen looks into the bedroom at the front of the house.

There's also a separate cloakroom with a WC and washbasin, in addition to the main bathroom. The bathroom features tiled walls and flooring, a tub at the far end with a shower overhead, a second washbasin with cupboard storage space underneath, and a large mirror above.

The second floor

A staircase from the main reception room leads to a separate mezzanine level. This space features a sofa and a TV, making it the perfect spot to relax or unwind.

The local area

This apartment is just a short walk from Kensington Palace, the official London residence of the Prince and Princess of Wales, placing you in one of the finest areas of the capital, with quality residences, boutique shops and high-class restaurants all around.

Kensington High Street is just to the south (5 mins walk), Hyde Park to the east (10 mins), Holland Park to the west (15 mins), and Notting Hill (25 mins) to the north, all popular areas well worth exploring.

Other London attractions nearby include The Royal Albert Hall (1 mile), the Museums (1.4 miles), and Oxford Street (3.2 miles).

Getting around

Much of London is walkable from the apartment, so you may find you don't need to use any kind of transport during your stay. But if you're planning to venture further afield, the London Underground is close at hand.

Notting Hill Gate (0.4 miles) and High Street Kensington (0.5 miles) are the two nearest stations, both served by District and Circle line trains, connecting you directly to Paddington (for the Heathrow Express) and Victoria (for the Gatwick Express). Notting Hill Gate also benefits from Central line services, with trains to Bond Street, Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road, and onward into the City of London.

Bus services, taxis and Ubers are also readily available for travel across the capital.
