The living room and dining room are first on the right by the entrance. The room is traditionally furnished with a sofa and two armchairs arranged around a large coffee table with good views of the apartment's television. Handmade shelves play host to an array of books you're welcome to read during your stay. The dining table and chairs have room for everyone to gather, and the table can also be used for work or games. The kitchen is right next to the front door, so if you've just been shopping, you won't have far to carry your bags. You'll find high quality appliances and countertops, plus all the cutlery and cookware you'll need to self-cater during your stay. Tucked away, the utility room features a washer/dryer you can use to keep your clothes clean during your stay. The master bedroom features a zip and link bed which can be arranged as a double or 2 singles — just let the hosts know your preference ahead of your stay. There is plenty of integrated wardrobe space for your bags, clothes and belongings, and the room has direct access to an ensuite bathroom with a tub with shower over, WC and wash basin. The second bedroom is located at the far end of the apartment and features a double bed with a window overlooking the patio, giving you a pleasant view to wake up to every morning. The main bathroom is situated outside the double bedroom and features a tub with shower over, wash basin and WC, just like the ensuite. Towels for guests will be provided in both bathrooms.

You have direct access from the living area to the apartment's private patio garden. It's an enclosed space that extends for almost the entire length of the house, with places to sit and enjoy some peace and quiet. Staying here also gives you shared use of communal gardens in the area — another great place to relax in the sun or shade.

Lexham Gardens is located just off the Cromwell Road, an area that brings plenty of the capital's attractions within easy reach. There is a Wholefoods supermarket just a short walk away, making it quick and easy to stock up on essentials, and you'll also find other shops and coffee shops in the area to explore. Big attractions nearby include the V&A, the Science Museum, the Natural History Museum, Kensington Gardens (home to the Diana Memorial Fountain), Hyde Park (Winter Wonderland and summer concerts and events), High Street Kensington, South Kensington, Chelsea and the King's Road, Kensington Olympia, and Holland Park — where operatic performances take place during the summer months. Cromwell Hospital is also very close to the apartment, making this an ideal base if you need easy access to the hospital to visit a friend or relative.

Staying here gives you a wealth of transport options. Several London Underground stations are nearby — Gloucester Road being the nearest, with High Street Kensington also within reach. Trains from these stations connect you with all areas of London, including the West End, Theatreland, The City and Canary Wharf. If you prefer to stay above ground, you can walk, cycle, hire cabs, order an Uber, or catch one of the red buses that serve this area.
