dates of travel, the number of bedrooms required, the number of people in your group, the number
of children in the group under 12 years of age, the ages of the children in the group, the type(s)
of property in which you are interested and any special requirements or preferences that you might
have. Although it is not compulsory to give us this information, if you do not then we may not
be able to provide you with the full range of services the Site has to offer.
3. Use of this information
We will use this information in order to administer your accounts with us,
process bookings or applications submitted by you carry out marketing analysis and make general
improvements to our Site; send you information about our products and services; and obtain your
views or comments on the services we provide.

Certain services described on this Site are offered by our agents. The services
are the holiday and corporate short rental of apartments and houses and supplies incidental or
additional to this (for example gas, electricity, television, telephone, linen, maid services,

your name and such other information about your booking as that business partner will need to supply
you with those services. We will tell you about this at the point we collect that information.

information about your booking as they will need in order to supply you with those services.

Log files/IP addresses: When you visit the Site our web server automatically

use IP addresses to help us administer the Site and to collect demographic information for
